Fimpact Inc.,(here in after referred to as 'Company', ‘we’ or ‘our’) built the ‘Sunrise’ (here in after referred to as 'Service') app. Through Sunrise, we offer you a journaling app to record your emotions and memories. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. The Company notifies users how their personal information provided by them in terms of the purpose and the way of use, and which measures are taken for the protection of the personal information through our Privacy Policy. In the event of any modification on the Privacy Policy, the Company will announce it through the notice on our service (or individual notification). This Policy shall be implemented from August 20, 2024.

Contact information of your friends: Sunrise may, with your permission, access your mobile contact list including saved phone numbers and names, to help you connect with people you know on Sunrise.
Smart goal and reactions: When you set smart goals and send reactions to friends on Sunrise, you provide Sunrise with the smart goal or reaction sent. We may review the contents of these goal and reactions if a user reports, or we otherwise detect, a potential trust and safety violation or potentially illegal or illicit activity or violations of our Terms and Conditions, as permitted by applicable laws.
Basic personal data: When you communicate with our team, we may collect your name, email, country and career, etc. You may provide us feedback or participate in our survey.
App usage information: Data about how you use the App and interact with us, the date and time when you first installed the App and the date and time you last used the App.
Third-party account information: When you connect Sunrise to your Apple account or Google account to log in, we may access certain user data such as your name, user ID, email, etc. to provide our Services.
